As a key designer within the in-house creative team, Chemonics relied on me to support global development initiatives with clear, persuasive visual communications. The ask was to translate complex program data, impact storytelling, and strategic messaging into accessible digital and print assets used for internal alignment, external communications, and business development efforts - including active USAID proposals.

The Role
As a member of Chemonics’ in-house design team, I partnered closely with program, communications, and business development stakeholders to produce on-brand creative across a wide range of initiatives. I was part of a client-facing team responsible for responding to USAID RFPs, supporting ongoing and potential projects through proposal design, pitch materials, and visual storytelling. My work included designing presentations, reports, digital assets, and proposal graphics that clearly communicated impact, strategy, and credibility while meeting strict brand and compliance requirements.
