The Role
I served as Creative Director on the in-house team at Spotluck, leading brand and marketing-design efforts while also acting as a hands-on producer. I created everything from pitch proposals and campaign strategies to interactive ads, motion graphics, package design, print materials, and digital assets — and managed day-to-day creative deliverables while guiding team direction.
