U.S. Chamber of Commerce
Every month, The U.S. Chamber of Commerce hosts events to foster business growth, policy dialogue, and networking. These include policy summits on issues like trade and healthcare, networking opportunities for industry professionals, annual meetings to set goals and strategies, and educational workshops on business trends and regulations. They also hold award ceremonies recognizing innovation and advocacy events that connect businesses with lawmakers to support economic growth.
The role involved a mix of graphic design (60%), spatial planning and client recommendations (20%), and 3D design/experiential strategy (15-20%) to support events that took place in the Fall. Responsibilities included concepting and producing graphics for in-person and virtual events, creating marketing collateral (agendas, signage, mockups), designing for screens and stages, and setting up event websites. Additionally, the role required preparing environmental mockups, presentation documents, and assisting with onsite installations and virtual rehearsals. Projects ranged from early concepting to production stages, ensuring cohesive and impactful event design.
